Jade Charcoal

I have to be honest about this. I was taught since I was a child, mainly by my father how to use charcoal to make portraits and cartoons. Although I haven't forgotten my teachings, I simply stopped practising and became sloppy. This Jade portrait was made using a model from an episode frame and was fun to do because reminded me those times almost 20 years ago (I was about 5 when I started drawing with charcoal with my father and 12 when I stopped back in 'middle school')
